If enabled, Prompt Perfect will also automatically identify and enhance prompts that could use refining without the use of the world ‘perfect’.

How do I access Prompt Perfect?
Prompt Perfect is available as a plugin for ChatGPT Plus subscribers. Here's how to install it:
Navigate to "Settings" and select "Beta features", then enable "plugins".
Head to GPT-4 and choose "plugins".
Scroll to the bottom of the plugins dropdown and click "Plugin store".
Locate Prompt Perfect under the "New" tab. (Please note that as there's currently no search feature, you'll need to scroll to find it.)
Click "install". You'll be redirected back to the chat feature with the plugin automatically enabled.
Remember, you can always disable and re-enable Prompt Perfect using the plugins dropdown whenever you wish to use it.
